Getting started

Who is Rhino Bid for?

Rhino Bid supports service providers who build estimates and suppliers who list products or materials. Customers can review and approve estimates.

How do I create an account?

Use the Create account button on the homepage and choose Service Provider or Supplier during signup.

Can one company be both a supplier and service provider?

Yes. Some businesses sell and install. You can operate both roles under one company profile.

Estimates and bids

How are estimates created?

You can build estimates manually or use AI-assisted workflow to draft the scope and select services from your catalog.

Can I include materials?

Yes. You can include materials on estimates and tie them to supplier inventory when available.

How do approvals work?

Customers can review the estimate and approve or decline. You will see the status update in the bid.

Suppliers

How do supplier listings work?

Suppliers can add products, set pricing, upload images, and manage inventory availability.

Can suppliers receive bid requests?

Yes. When service providers request material bids, suppliers can respond with pricing and availability.

What if I need verification help?

Billing and subscriptions

Where do I manage my plan?

You can manage your plan in Subscription Settings inside the app or portal.

Do you offer a free plan?

Yes. Free tiers are available with limits on estimates or product listings.

I reached my plan limit. What happens?

You can continue to view existing data, but you will need to upgrade to create additional estimates or listings.

Account and privacy

How do I delete my account?

Go to Settings in the app and select Delete account. If you need help, email support@rhinobid.com.

How do I update my company profile?

Use Settings to update your company name, logo, and contact details.
